About the role
The Municipal Superintendent oversees all aspects of municipal operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to the community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the municipal department
- Manage budget and financial resources
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other city departments and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in municipal management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of municipal operations and best practices
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
