Superintendent

About the role

Keller is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent with good commercial instincts to complement our team in the Louisville, KY area. Candidates can be based out of any neighboring states as travel will be consistent.

Responsibilities

• On-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production.
• Studying plans and specifications for construction.
• Developing skilled craft workers and laborers.
• Procurement of tools and materials.
• Conferring with all levels of staff from laborers to engineering personnel to resolve issues and improve construction methods.
• Preparing detailed progress reports and inspecting work.
• Frequent travel required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working as a Construction Superintendent in the Geotechnical Construction Industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.
