Responsibilities
- Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
- Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction.
- Ensuring that all construction activities are in alignment with the project plan.
- Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
- Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors.
- Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial and/or industrial projects is a must.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas will be a plus.

Pay
$140,000 – $180,000 per year
