About the Role

A top-tier commercial general contractor seeks high-performing construction professionals to support a growing pipeline of complex, large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, strong field management and jobsite leadership skills, and proven ability to manage site operations, labor relations, subcontractors, safety, and schedule execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations, labor relations (including union environments), subcontractors, safety, and schedule execution
• Deliver construction projects with a solid understanding of building systems and technical construction components
• Make strong decisions, conduct thorough research, and solve problems effectively
• Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines independently
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all organizational levels
• Use proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Obtain OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with construction scheduling software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual construction tools
• Train or mentor staff on technical processes and quality standards
• Knowledge of LEED and sustainable construction practices preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
