Responsibilities

• Serve as Superintendent overseeing healthcare and commercial construction projects
• Manage projects ranging from $1M to $50M in value
• Lead field operations and coordinate with subcontractors, partners, and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Superintendent
• Experience with healthcare or commercial projects ranging from $1M to $50M
• Healthcare project experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and field management skills
