About the role

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily operations for commercial construction projects. In this role, you will:

• Manage site activities and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise foremen and trade personnel, ensuring work meets high standards of safety and quality.
• Cook up with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve onsite challenges.
• Oversee documentation, subcontractor work, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Report progress and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
