A nationally recognized construction services organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join their team. The company specializes in large-scale commercial and industrial projects ranging from distribution facilities and manufacturing sites to multistory structural developments and complex site work. Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction
• Ensuring that all construction activities are in alignment with the project plan
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial and/or industrial projects is a must
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of construction workers and subcontractors
• Strong project planning and execution skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

$140,000 - $180,000 per year
