Responsibilities
- Create plan to accomplish set of tasks within a period of time on a jobsite
- Cook material deliveries and equipment moves
- Track costs
- Be proficient with computers
- Show leadership qualities
- Solve problems and coordinate with other contractors or the General Contractor
- Read and understand blueprints to direct foremen on proper tasks
- Retain the total site schedule
- Must have field experience
- Show proficiency with AutoCAD, GPS, and Excel
- Operate equipment as needed
- Work with the project manager
