Responsibilities

• Oversee high-end corporate interiors, tenant improvements (TI), upfits, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience; up to 20 years of experience.
• Degree required.
• Experience with interiors, upfits, TI, SPD, renovations, or adaptive reuse projects.

Pay

$105,000 – $125,000 per year.
