Superintendent opportunity with the Asheville office of an NC-based commercial general contractor. This position is Asheville-based, working exclusively on projects in Western North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large commercial construction projects in healthcare, senior living, education, municipal, and government sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Maximum 30 years of experience.
• No degree required.
• Experience with healthcare, senior living, education, municipal, or government projects.

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 per year.
