Lead Superintendent opportunity with the established Raleigh office of a 100-year-old NC-based Commercial General Contractor. Primary markets are education, healthcare, municipal, and senior living. The Raleigh market is the busiest area for the company with a strong backlog and plenty of future projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage commercial construction projects in healthcare, pharma, lab, life science, education, municipal, government, and senior living sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Maximum 30 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with projects in healthcare, pharma, lab, life science, education, municipal, government, or senior living.

Pay

$125,000.00 – $150,000.00
