About the Role
Seeking experienced Superintendents to join the H&W team who share the same vision, values, and goals. H&W Superintendents maintain and grow successful relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff. H&W Superintendents are responsible for the successful execution and timely completion of all construction project phases from dirt work to the punch list.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all construction project phases, including scheduling and timely completion
- Conduct subcontractor and owner/architect meetings
- Enforce all corporate safety rules and regulations
- Drive the quality control program
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality workmanship and conformity to contract documents and plan specifications
