Position Overview
Greene Resources is seeking a Commercial Painting Superintendent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Join a team that values safety, quality, and collaboration. The Commercial Painting Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring productivity, and maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Review production projects weekly to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality manpower
- Supervise field teams and subcontractor crews to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met
- Avoid delays by ensuring all required subcontractor documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration across crews and departments
- Manage all safety-related functions, including conducting or overseeing safety testing and compliance procedures
- Aid in job setup activities, including scheduling, planning, and preparing production reports
- Identify project supply and equipment needs and coordinate the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed
- Conduct weekly site visits and provide daily project oversight, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Communicate project status updates and completion timelines to the Project Manager on at least a weekly basis
- Attend weekly staff meetings and project kick-off meetings to support planning and coordination efforts
- Complete all per diem agreements, special pay agreements, and field payroll change notices prior to activation dates and within required timelines
- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Support production painting activities and assist in the field as needed
Requirements
- Willing and able to travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed (Up to 80%)
- Professional or conversational proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to painting and construction activities
- Proven hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, and/or retail painting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and exhibit strong leadership
