Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule all concrete activities at local job sites
• Direct foremen and ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure quality and safety requirements are met
• Communicate with owners and owner's representatives
• Resolve conflicts and disputes to minimize delays and claims
• Plan and supervise field activities, including construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules
• Collaborate with office staff on production rates, construction methods, and schedules
• Attend Level 10 meetings with local office staff
• Expand knowledge and use of industry best practices and innovation
• Solve problems arising through available knowledge and resources
• Understand and apply company labor relations policies
• Communicate and uphold company integrity and code of ethics

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience in concrete or heavy civil construction
• Creative and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
• Excellent computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Strong problem-solving skills with an adaptable and flexible approach
• Effective communication skills for working positively with team members
