Superintendent

About the Role

To deliver quality, new construction homes for the Company. Ensures that projects are completed timely as defined by established schedules, adheres to budget, and maintains a superior level of customer satisfaction. This position may have full responsibility for a community or may work with a Project Manager where dual management of the community is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides Project Manager with construction site assistance where assigned
• Maintain job site and model home safety and cleanliness
• Ensure home construction complies with building codes, phase specifications, and homeowner options
• Attend and participate in training classes designed to develop and foster career advancement
• Participate in pre-construction meetings
• Participates in pre-settlement walk-through meetings with customers
• Participates in weekly community meetings
• Maintains construction schedules
• Schedules all “punch work” on homes
• Must have valid driver’s license
