Superintendent
About the Role
Superintendent for multifamily residential and commercial construction projects in the Front Range. Superintendents manage one project at a time and are responsible for subcontractor performance, schedule, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections. The Superintendent is the primary point of contact on site during construction and works closely with the Project Manager and, depending on the project size, the Project Engineer.
Typical projects range in size from $5m to $60m. Deneuve operates primarily in the design/build and design/assist project delivery methods, building interesting and innovative projects while offering employees high levels of independence and responsibility.
Deneuve values work/life balance and expects the average work week to be less than 50 hours. There is opportunity for growth for motivated individuals.
Location
Our main office is in Boulder. Projects are typically in the northern Front Range area from south Denver to Fort Collins.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor performance
- Oversee project schedule and quality control
- Coordinate on-site activities and inspections
- Ensure safety compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact on site during construction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction superintendent roles
- Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software (preferred)
