Superintendent

In partnership with the project manager, the Superintendent is responsible for the overall success of a construction project.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, quality control, and assurance
• Provide exceptional client service
• Lead a project team
• Manage project schedule
• Ensure a positive experience for subcontractors, owners, and all stakeholders

Project types include ground-up labs, hospitality, commercial offices, municipal, mixed-use, and high-rises.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of building systems
• 20+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience serving as Superintendent on at least three ground-up hospitality projects ($10M+)
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Self-motivated
• Basic computer skills
• Completion of OSHA 30-Hour safety course
• Current NPDES certification
• First Aid/CPR certification

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
