Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, and fast food. If you're looking for growth, a better culture, or feel undervalued, this opportunity may be for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety standards on the job site.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, or fast food.
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Procore.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with ground-up construction and open store remodels is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail and fuel station construction is advantageous.
• Background in restaurant tenant improvements is a plus.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
