Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Cookordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Affirm adherence to OSHA regulations and safety standards on the job site.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in the following industries: retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, fast food.
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Procore.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with ground-up construction and open store remodels is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail and fuel station construction is advantageous.
• Background in restaurant tenant improvements is a plus.
