Superintendent - Field Operations

Corenic Construction Group, a leader in the Washington, DC construction industry, seeks a Superintendent for their Field Operations department. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while applying the company's core values.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Work on various job sites with subcontractors.
• Interact with building management/staff, architects, and owners.
• Maintain quality control and a safe environment.
• Provide two-week schedules, daily reports, and Requests For Information (RFI’s).
• Assure the project is on schedule and all installation is correct per drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Project and ProCore.
• Ability to adjust to changing assignments with ease.
• Organize and schedule subcontractors.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Prior base building experience, but also well-versed in interior construction.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Prior experience working with a project management team and coordinating with Superintendents, clients, vendors, etc.
