Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily onsite construction activities and field operations.
- Cookordinate labor resources to support efficient project execution.
- Maintain project schedules and production timelines.
- Ensure projects remain productive and aligned with company expectations.
- Support successful delivery of structural concrete projects across multiple job sites.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Serve as the primary field resource for builders, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
- Mentor and develop crew members while promoting operational excellence.
Project Coordination
- Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and material order issues.
- Process and coordinate change orders.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and critical information to Project Managers and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant construction experience required. Previous Superintendent experience strongly preferred. Strong experience in structural concrete construction environments.
- Preferred Experience: Post-tension construction, Elevated deck projects, Cast-in-place wall construction, Commercial concrete construction, Multifamily construction, Large-scale commercial developments.
- Education & Certifications: Post-Tension Certification preferred. Experience with elevated decks and cast-in-place walls strongly preferred.

- Preferred candidates located in the Northern Charlotte or Raleigh regions.
- Limited travel required.
- Primarily day travel within North Carolina.
