Superintendent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple construction and service projects, effectively coordinating internal teams and Trade Partners to deliver results according to Plan.
- Execute priorities on time and within budget, guided by mastery of the Design | Build Playbook.
- Be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of multiple projects and the associated teams and/or Trade Partners.
- Verify completion of work to Standard measured against Trade Partner priority schedules.
- Ensure multiple projects are executed according to blueprints and specifications.
- Daily management of Trade Partner relationships and work product according to Standard.
- Take accountability for education and adherence to Safety Standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience managing multiple complex projects.
- Experience in skillfully leveraging both internal teams and external Trade Partners to deliver exceptional results safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Commitment to “always improving” and “delivering every day” to the highest standards and without error.
