Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supervisor and manager for multiple projects, overseeing installers to meet company and client standards.
• Apply expertise in insulating HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment to support project execution and quality control.
• Review blueprints, job specifications, and submittals to perform accurate material take-offs for scheduling and procurement.
• Lead and conduct safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.
• Utilize experience in construction management and mechanical systems, along with knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques, to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and crews with previous experience as a Foreman or General Foreman, demonstrating the ability to handle diverse teams.
• Show strong knowledge of mechanical insulation systems, materials, and industry best practices.
• Show ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Show proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Show commitment to maintaining safety standards and promoting a culture of safety on every project.

Requirements
