What You Will Own
- Leadership of all field operations from project mobilization through final completion.
- Daily and weekly work planning, manpower allocation, and installation sequencing.
- Supervision of Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Coordination with General Contractors, owners, inspectors, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and shop drawings.
- Field clarifications, redline drawings, and constructability coordination.
- Installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, switchgear, feeders, branch circuitry, controls, and low-voltage systems.
- Material deliveries, equipment management, site logistics, laydown areas, and prefabrication activities.
- Labor productivity, crew performance, project milestones, and schedule execution.
- Testing, commissioning, startup activities, inspections, punch list completion, and owner turnover.
- Identification and documentation of field changes, time-and-material work, and schedule impacts.
- Daily reporting, production tracking, timesheets, project documentation, and as-built updates.
- Jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, NEC compliance, and company quality standards.
- Mentoring and developing Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and future field leaders.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- Extensive South Florida multifamily electrical construction experience.
- Journeyman Electrician background strongly preferred.
- Experience leading field operations on apartments, mixed-use, podium, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Proven ability to lead multiple crews while maintaining schedule, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and South Florida construction practices.
- Experience coordinating with General Contractors and multiple trade partners.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
