About the role
A hands-on working superintendent is needed to oversee large-scale selective structural and full building razing projects in Baltimore, Washington DC, and Northern VA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale selective structural and full building razing projects
- Must have at least five years’ demolition, building or foundational experience
- Ability to read and follow plans
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic
Requirements
- Drug test with negative result and physical will be administered to determine fitness for duty prior to employment offer
- Dependable transportation
