Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction activities for the KEYS Healing Village Project.
- Ensure all construction activities meet project specifications and timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.
- Cookordination with project stakeholders, including owners and executives.
- Maintain strong documentation and computer skills for project tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent.
- Experience with projects ranging from 1 to 10 million dollars.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong subcontractor management experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.

Work Environment
The position involves working on site, either in an office or project trailer. The work environment is a construction setting, requiring exposure to various site conditions. The role offers the opportunity to work with larger project teams, providing valuable project exposure and experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bowie, MD.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $135,000.00/yr. Gas Card. health benefits car allowance 401k
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong experience in Base-Build construction to join our project team. This role will support the KEYS Community Healing Village Project, a 21,000-square-foot mental health facility currently under construction in West Baltimore. The facility aims to consolidate mental health programs and includes various amenities such as computer labs, a recreation room, a cafeteria, and a gym. This project is a collaboration with Coppin State University, which will provide services through its faculty and students.
