Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and oversee the safe and effective daily operation of a single or multiple project(s) depending on size and complexity.
- Execute project objectives resulting in “on time” and within budget.
- Lead, monitor, and develop junior roles within the team.
- Establish project objectives and policies, maintain liaison with prime clients and monitor construction and financial activities.
- Take action as needed to ensure project goals, objectives and initiatives are met in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Metcon.
Essential Functions
- Project Management Coordination Process and Procedures
- Quality Control/Safety Coordination (Scheduling/Logistics)
- Communication/ Documentation
- Logistics
- Financials (Sage, Billing, Forecasting)
- Preconstruction/Closeout
Minimum Qualifications & Training
- Construction Management or Construction Technology preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience required.
- Five years of field supervision experience.
- Must have a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Travel is required, must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Conflict management skills.
