About the role
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to program director for scheduling and coordination activities.
- Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
- Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
- Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development.
- Makes recommendations for budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Candidate must have coordinating and logistics experience for leadership and project teams.
- Candidate must have experience providing administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Candidate must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
- Candidate must have experience handling sensitive information and work with minimal oversight.
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse internal and external groups.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting defense, nuclear, engineering, or other highly regulated programs.
- Familiarity with controlled document environments, quality systems, or configuration management processes.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or program management offices.
- Experience in the Commercial Nuclear, NQA-1 Quality.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills.

Pay
Anticipated Salary Range: $68,614.00 - $83,317.00
