Super

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to the role of Super with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with building residents.
• Maintain a high standard of work quality and attention to detail.
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of the building.
• Handle tasks requiring the skill set of Super effectively and timely.
• Knowledge of NYC waste disposal regulations required.
• Drywall and painting experience
• Light electrical experience preferred
• Ensuring the building is clean and presentable.
• Working closely with the Property Manager on all mechanical functions of the community.

• Proven experience and proficiency as a Super
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be responsible and reliable

Pay

Pay Range: $22.33 - $23.00 per hour
