About the Role
Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent assists the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in implementing all established procedures for the Sunset Grill. Responsible for directing staff to create a memorable guest experience. Ensures that all set-up duties are completed in a proper and timely manner, interacts with guests and assists with all duties when needed. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

- Manage operational functions with attention to detail and organization, even in an environment with frequent interruptions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
- Must adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy environment.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment
- Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
- Frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, talking, and hearing.
- Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy environment.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, squatting, and bending; weights over 25 pounds may be required.
Qualifications
As part of Seminole Gaming’s employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check, which may include but is not limited to:
