Champion Window - Sunroom Sales Representative leads Provided / No Cold Calling / Paid Training. Champion is seeking experienced In-home Sales professionals to join their successful team!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
  • Identify customer needs / wants and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation
  • Negotiate and close the sale
  • Opportunities for daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions

Qualifications

  • Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Able to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability
  • Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities
  • Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Able to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Preferred backgrounds: Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales
  • HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high-value retail sales
  • Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments
  • Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations
