About the role

We are seeking a Showroom Host to assist at our busy Skoda dealership on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Assisting with initial enquiries
• Referring customers to the correct department
• Taking inbound telephone calls
• Arranging customers for test drives
• Assisting the sales department with administrative tasks

Responsibilities

The Showroom Host role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional appearance, and managing customer expectations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be able to communicate effectively over the phone
• Be able to multitask efficiently
• Be of smart professional appearance
• Hold a valid UK driving license with less than 7 points

Schedule

This role is part-time, working from 11:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays and appropriate Bank Holidays.

Pay

The salary for this role is £12.75 per hour.
