Responsibilities
- Assisting in-person patrons
- Answering the reference desk phone
- Responding to online reference questions
- Tracking patron statistics
- Closing the library
Requirements
- MLS from an ALA accredited institution
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student body
- Preferred: Experience in an academic library
- Knowledge of college-level reference services and resources
