About the Role

The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II delivers direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care responding to physical and psychological needs of members.
• Deliver services in alignment with individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies.
• Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
• Current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification (or Certified Nursing Assistant). First-time AAC applicants may have a 30-90-day processing period before approval.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All opportunities are contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
• If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle for work-related meetings (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate).

Schedule

• Shifts Available: Short-Hour | NOC
• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Days: Sunday

Pay

Expected starting wage range is $19.67 - $23.71. The full wage range goes up to $27.75. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
