Sunday Morning Babysitter

About the role

Hope Presbyterian Church in New Braunfels is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible babysitter for Sunday mornings from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Your main role will involve caring for children in one of three classrooms based on age groups: Babies for 3 months to walking, Toddlers for 1–2 years old, and Preschool for 3–4 years old. You will collaborate with an adult volunteer from our church, who is background checked, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the room before the session
• Assist with diaper changes
• Clean up before and after the session (wipes and a vacuum are provided)
• Help children transition smoothly during drop-offs

Qualifications

• Outgoing and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to help children transition smoothly during drop-offs

Schedule

Sunday mornings from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

During working hours, using your phone for calls, texts, or photos is not allowed, except in emergencies.
