Responsibilities

• Selling: Provide daily selling support and/or execute successful sales events to achieve sales targets.
• Training: Educate consumers and retail partners on Supergoo! products, ingredients, and the benefits of daily SPF.
• Retailer Relationships: Build and strengthen our relationships with key retail partners to get their full support and boost our training and education efforts.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent Supergoo! with enthusiasm and professionalism, embodying our brand values.
• Mercandising: Assist with product merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized display area.
• Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales activities, consumer feedback, and market insights through consistent tracking in Repsly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or retail, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. Experience at Ulta, Sephora & Nordstrom a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for sun care and a strong understanding of Supergoo! products (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Must be available to work 20 hours per week, with availability Thursday through Sunday.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive as much as 35 miles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Location

This position requires the ability to travel to various retail locations within the designated territory, primarily around New York Specific event locations will be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance if outside of the typical location.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. Availability required: Thursday through Sunday
