About the role

The Youth Service – Workforce Development internship program at the Los Angeles LGBT Center reports to a Worksite Supervisor. The Center’s mission is to build a world where LGBT people thrive as healthy, equal, and complete members of society. The Youth Center serves youth up to age 24 who are at‑risk of or experiencing homelessness, offering meals, clothing, support groups, a charter high school, GED and college prep, employment preparation, training and placement, case management, counseling, crisis shelter, transitional living program, and community‑based services.
