About the role
The Summer Weight Room Coach at Mountain Lakes High School is responsible for overseeing the weight room operations during the summer months.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the weight room facilities.
- Plan and implement weight training programs for students.
- Collaborate with other school staff to ensure student safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in organizing and leading team-building activities for students.
Requirements
- NJDOE Teacher or Substitute Teacher Certification.
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or club level preferred.
Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
