Summer Technician 2027 (Worcester, PA)

This position is open to high school students looking for a meaningful career that provides great pay and excellent benefits. There is potential for this role to move into a full-time opportunity post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Dig, spread, and shovel dirt and gravel using pick and/or shovel.
• Lift, carry, and hold building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Clean tools, materials, and work areas.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials using hand tools.
• Perform a wide variety of manual tasks including pipe assembly, pipe cutting and laying, removal of forms from set concrete, taking layout shots, and directing equipment operators on cuts and fills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in GED/high school diploma or related work experience.
• Trade school experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
