About the role

The Department of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire lecturers to teach a range of courses—including Compensation, Finance for HR Managers, and HR Analytics—in both undergraduate and graduate Human Resource Management programs.

Responsibilities

• Present course materials during assigned class times.
• Hold regular office hours for student support.
