About the role

The Summer Seasonal Associate – Merrimack is a part-time, on-site role based in Merrimack, NH. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, customer-centered store experience by greeting shoppers, understanding their needs, and helping them select appropriate ASICS products.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions
• Processing transactions at the register
• Maintaining product displays
• Supporting fitting and product try-on areas
• Affixing inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and keeping back-of-house areas organized

Qualifications

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused service mindset to create positive, supportive interactions with shoppers.
• Possess customer experience skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, offer product recommendations, and ensure a smooth in-store journey.
• Possess inventory management skills, such as organizing stock, assisting with restocking, and maintaining accurate product placement on the sales floor.
• Possess clear and professional communication skills to interact effectively with customers, teammates, and store leadership.
• Previous retail, athletic, or customer service experience is beneficial, along with an interest in sports, fitness, or active lifestyles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
