Summer Program Certified School Nurse and Nurse Substitutes

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the YCSD Summer School Program Supervisor.
• Collaborating with the YCSD Summer School Supervisor and all summer school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students.
• Administering first aid and medication as needed.
• Monitoring and managing any health-related incidents or emergencies that may arise during the summer programs.
• Providing health education and resources to both staff and students.

Requirements

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
• The position may be asked to accompany students on field trips.
