AquaSafe offers a summer experience that will ensure professional and personal growth. Perfect summer job for teens, youth, students, college students, teachers, retirees, or anyone with free time in the summer!

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of patrons at an assigned aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies
• Enforce all pool rules fairly and consistently
• Ensure proper pool water chemicals, record keeping, and maintaining a clean and enjoyable aquatics facility
• Report any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to their Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years old by the date of hire or the last day of the lifeguard course
• Able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
• Able to work ALL WEEKENDS throughout the Summer (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Must professionally conduct themselves and must be attentive and focused
• Must have a current Nationally Approved Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certificates or obtain them before the beginning of the season

Qualifications

• Experienced, motivated Lifeguards who demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational, and leadership skills may be considered as a Pool Manager, with the opportunity for more responsibility and higher pay

Pay

• $15.00/hr - $18/hr + Overtime (depending on experience)
• Bonus and Incentive opportunities available
• Ask how you can qualify for a $250 bonus

Schedule

• Season begins: Saturday, May 23rd, 2026
• Season ends: Monday, September 27th, 2026
