Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all pool patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.
• Enforce pool rules fairly.
• Monitor water quality.
• Maintain a clean and enjoyable environment.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues to your supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old by the date of hire.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate focus and attentiveness at all times.
• Possess or complete a nationally recognized Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification before the season begins.

Pay

Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00/hr plus overtime and bonus opportunities. Based on experience, the hourly rate ranges from $15.00–$18.00/hr.

Schedule

Season runs from Opening Day: Saturday, May 23, 2026 to Closing Day: Monday, September 7, 2026. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
