Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting leads operations.
- Gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
- Work in a fast-paced team environment and gain broad experience in leasing matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.
- Help coordinate property tours and tenant inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency in MS: Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Benefits
