Summer Law Achievement Scholarship

About the Scholarship
Each year Hinshaw awards scholarship(s) to law students for their final year of law school. This year, we will award two scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each to 2L (rising 3L) students graduating in Spring 2027 who have articulated how their cultural background and scholastic achievements impact their perspectives in the legal community.
Eligibility
- Full-time law students graduating in Spring 2028
- Indicate interest in one of the following Hinshaw offices: Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Rockford, San Francisco, or Tampa

- Personal statement (one page) describing your reasons for studying law, your career goals, and how your professional interests and goals align with the practice focus and culture of Hinshaw
- One letter of recommendation from an academic instructor or employer
