Summer Investment Analyst - Investment Management Office

About the role

The Investment Management Office is responsible for investing Tulane University’s $2.7 billion endowment. Led by Chief Investment Officer Richard Chau, the 11-person team works collaboratively to identify the most attractive investment opportunities across the globe and accesses them by investing alongside top public and private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund managers. The office is located in White Plains, NY, a short train ride away from New York City.

Responsibilities

• Work as an active member of an investment team within a 10-week rotational program through the various asset classes in which Tulane University’s Endowment is invested.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis related to global financial markets and specific investment managers to support decisions made by senior investment staff.
• Attend diligence meetings, compile and analyze data, assist with investment memos, develop and maintain databases, and recommend an investment to the team.
