Brief Description WNC welcomes interest from current undergraduate students and recent graduates seeking summer internship opportunities in affordable housing and real estate. Internship opportunities may be available across a variety of departments throughout the organization, with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in real estate, business, finance, or accounting, though students from other areas of study are also encouraged to explore opportunities with us. This posting is intended to provide general information about WNC’s internship program and is not actively monitored. Please do not apply through this listing. Official summer internship openings, including department-specific opportunities and application instructions, are typically posted between January and March each year. Summer 2026 internship positions have been filled, and we encourage interested candidates to apply next year.
