Summer Internships

About the Program

WNC welcomes interest from current undergraduate students and recent graduates seeking summer internship opportunities in affordable housing and real estate. Internship opportunities may be available across a variety of departments throughout the organization, with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in real estate, business, finance, or accounting. Students from other areas of study are also encouraged to explore opportunities with us.

This posting provides general information about WNC’s internship program. Official summer internship openings, including department-specific opportunities and application instructions, are typically posted between January and March each year. Summer 2026 internship positions have been filled; interested candidates are encouraged to apply next year.
