Summer Internship

Responsibilities

• Support of managing, regulating, and supervising construction processes, from the pre-construction phase, track deliverables during the construction phase, evaluate project delivery, and close out at the end of the initiative.
• Program Advisory (Supports all Sectors): Offer services to clients in the strategy, set-up and transition and transformation of their capability to deliver major programs and projects both in the US and globally, with a market leading client base across all sectors.
• Program Management (Real Estate Sector): Explore clients' unique business landscape to define what successful investments means to them. This includes formulating the right strategies, providing leadership, and implementing best practice program controls – across cost management, scheduling, risk management, quality, reporting and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Currently working on a bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics, and/or equivalent.
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
• Develops good working relationships with project teams/external project stakeholders.
• Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
