Summer Internship - Fleet Services (Marketing/Sales)

Requisition Summary PACCAR Parts has an exciting Fleet Services summer internship opening at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with industry professionals on key Fleet Services initiatives focused on program development, revenue growth, profitability, and operational improvement. Projects will provide exposure to fleet and dealer performance, business analytics, and cross-functional program execution. Learn first-hand from top industry professionalsWork directly with Managers and Senior ManagersDevelop mentoring relationships with industry leadersGain valuable hands-on experience Job Functions / Responsibilities Analyze fleet and dealer performance to identify revenue growth and margin improvement opportunitiesEvaluate sales mix, pricing, and program performance to understand business impactsDevelop and improve Tableau dashboards and reporting toolsCoordinate with Fleet Services, Pricing, and cross-functional teams on key initiatives Identify opportunities to improve Fleet Services processes, tools, and program execution Additional Responsibilities Include Prepare fleet-specific reporting and ad hoc analysisMaintain dealer-facing Fleet Services information and resourcesCoordinate fleet program integrations and ongoing maintenanceContribute to additional Fleet Services initiatives as needed Qualifications A strong career interest in Sales and MarketingRelevant coursework or prior internship experience desiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsSelf-motivation and energetic personalityTeam-orientedFlexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbility to handle multiple prioritiesStrong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite This internship is for students currently enrolled in college, junior or senior standing preferred.
